In every field of life, men and women are considered to have different styles, thoughts, ideas and ways to do the same thing. Like many other fields, when it comes to the investments and business, also it is considered that men have very different ways to perform things and women have their own style. They can even have found to learn each other behaviors and styles. The topic has been a focus for the financial institutions, scholars and researchers and they have studied the habits, styles and ways of both men and women (Jasen, 2015). Most of the studies have found in comparative that women are less confident than men when they come to the investment (McWhinnie, 2014). However, many other researchers have found it risky to generalize the results as it is more difficult to suggest that whether the gender drives the investment or not.

The U.S. Census of Bureau has found that over one billion women are involved in the workplace and financials in the global market and 70% of those women are US based. Like men, women are also becoming the family heads in terms of the earnings, household income, business participations, ventures and entrepreneurship. Modern women are more winning in every walk of life than ever before (Avery, 2010). It has far been considered that gender plays its huge role in the decision making for the investments. The gender can have different impacts and can be both positive and negative. The research paper is intended to gain knowledge and information about the style of women for the investments and what are the key factors in gender that impacts the process of investment decision making.
